As a retired public school educator, curriculum supervisor, and federal grant manager for disadvantaged students, I bring a unique set of detail oriented skills and experiences to my work as a real estate agent. My in-depth knowledge of building permits, zoning ordinances, and local county regulations, paired with my strong connections within the community, allows me to offer an edge that other agents might not. I’ve had the privilege of being married to my wonderful husband, Ernest Liz II, for over 24 years. Ernest is a dedicated local contractor and small business owner. Together, we’ve built a life centered around family and community service. Our son, Ernest III—known as EJ—was named after both his grandfather and his father. EJ graduated from Key West High School in June 2024 and is now applying his mechanical and trade skills at the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, working in wastewater treatment. We are incredibly proud of his commitment to hands-on learning and his growing expertise in his field. As a multigenerational native who will continue to raise a family in the Florida Keys for decades, it would be an honor to assist you with your real estate goals.
